🔹 Digital Products
All products on JerseyDesigne are digital downloads (AI, PSD, PDF, JPG, CDR, etc.).
Because files are delivered instantly, no refund will be provided once the product is sold and downloaded.
We are not responsible for:
- Color differences due to screen, monitor, or printer settings.
- Print result variations.
- Blur caused by resizing, stretching, or incorrect usage by the buyer.
Please check previews carefully before purchasing.
🔹 Custom Design Services
For custom jersey design orders:
- If work has not started, you may request cancellation.
- If work has already started, no refund will be given.
- We provide revisions based on the selected package.
Major changes after approval may require extra charges.
🔹 No Refund After Sale
Once a product is purchased and delivered, money will not be returned under any condition, except technical delivery issues mentioned below.
