Refund and Returns Policy

Since our products are digital, immediate downloads, our policy is structured to be firm while remaining fair in exceptional circumstances. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • All purchases of digital products, including jersey designs, graphics, and templates, are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Due to the instant, permanent, and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, once the files have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, we cannot accept returns or process a refund.

2. Exceptions (Refunds Will ONLY Be Considered For):

We will only consider a refund in the following two rare situations, provided you contact us within 7 days of the purchase date:

A. Accidental Duplicate Purchase

  • If you can provide clear evidence that you accidentally purchased the exact same design twice, we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase only.

B. Major Technical Defect

  • If the file is proven to have a major, reproducible technical defect (e.g., the file is corrupt, will not open, or is fundamentally broken) that prevents you from using the design as advertised.
  • Condition: You must first cooperate with our support team to allow us a minimum of 7 business days to try and fix the defect or provide a working replacement file. A refund will only be issued if we are unable to resolve the technical issue within that timeframe.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances (No Refund Will Be Given For):

Your purchase is NOT eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind, no longer need the design, or found a different design elsewhere.
  • Incompatibility: Your design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw) does not support the file format, and this format information was clearly listed on the product page.
  • Lack of Expertise: You do not know how to use the files, edit them, or prepare them for printing. Our prices reflect the design files only, not personal technical support or training.
  • Subjective Dissatisfaction: You are dissatisfied with the design’s appearance or quality but the file delivered matches the images and description provided on the product page.
  • Download Issues: Your personal internet connection, slow speed, or limited device storage prevents you from successfully downloading the file.

4. How to Request an Exception

If you believe your situation meets one of the exceptions above (Section 2), please email us at [jerseydesignes01@gmail.com] within 7 days of your purchase.

Your email must include:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. A clear, detailed reason for the refund request.
  3. For technical issues, sufficient evidence (e.g., screenshot or video) of the defect.

We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the specified criteria.
